Check-in & (Re-)entrance policy

You can check in at the gates in the Large Square. Check-in starts about two hours before opening time. Your festival pass will be scanned, you will be given a wristband, and then you can enter the festival. If you have to present extra documents at the access gates, please make sure you have them on hand, to avoid holding up the queue. Please do not bring forms you have not filled in at the gates. Out of respect for the guests behind you, you will be redirected to a separate window if you need help filling in your forms. Save time and get in touch with us before the first day of the festival if you have questions about documents and forms that you weren’t able to find answers for in our FAQ section

Access is permitted any time between 17:00 AM and 24:00 and there is no limit to how many times you can leave and re-enter. Before 17:00, the Large Square is open to everyone, regardless of whether they hold a festival pass or not. Some of our partners may choose to keep their activations open during the day as well.

Huet Square is a free-access area. You do not need a valid festival pass to join the festivities in Huet. 🙂

Where to get tickets

We advise you to buy your tickets exclusively from the authorized sales channels. See them below:

Tickets you have obtained otherwise (whether via a different ticket channel or by bypassing the procedures defined above) might not be valid and you risk seeing your festival pass/ticket cancelled at the gates. We advise you not to buy your pass via secondary markets, as it may not be a legitimate ticket.
