About the tour
Inspired by Carl Von Linneus, a botanist who traveled worldwide finding and giving Latin names to all flowers, “The Flower Kings” have been pioneering in music for over 30 years, thus establishing themselves as the iconic alpha father of modern melodic prog and a great live act, always delivering the goods.
No other modern melodic prog band has even touched the level of all aspects, rock, jazz, cinematic, metal, electronic of the 70’s, prog rock like The Flower Kings does, also being one of the first bands signed to the now dominating prog label Inside Out/SONY. Across their journey of musical exploration, imprinted in 15 albums, The Flower Kings always surprise the audience with songs that ring with the Nordic melancholy and the joyous enriched by inventions of both classical, art rock, fusion & pop, proving that the band’s music grows on you over time, just like a fine wine, or a classic book.
The new album named “Look At You Now” is a testament of persistence and tireless work of the highest level of composition, playing, singing and production which will fully enchant the Romanian public during The Flower Kings’ first show in Romania, at ARTmania Festival 2024!
