Access in the Large Square and Sibiu Arena

1. Tickets:

Participants at ARTmania events are obliged to have a valid ticket or invitation. Access will be allowed to a single person, one time only after presenting a valid ticket. The access ticket must be kept for the whole duration of the event and the public is also required to have a valid identity card.

After access the public will receive bracelets according to the type of ticket bought. The bracelets must not be alienated, broken and are not transmissible. Those who have bought subscriptions for ARTmania Festival 2012 must wear the bracelets for the entire duration of the festival.

ARTmania can guarantee ticket validity and authenticity only if bought directly from ARTmania or authorized vending points. Participants at ARTmania events must have an intact and valid ticket, before and during the whole duration of the event. When asked for it by a ARTmania representative, the ticket must be presented.

ARTmania Festival organizers are not responsible for the loss, alienation, deterioration or breaking of the bracelets received on location access. Breaking, destroying or deteriorating the bracelets will immediately result in the denied access on festival perimeters.

 2. Age restrictions:

Children under 14 are not allowed unless accompanied. Presence of children under 5 or of children strollers is not advised. Children who have not turned 12 before the first day of the festival are granted free access if accompanied by a ticket paying tutor.

3. Access denied with:

3.1 filming cameras;

3.2 professional photo or semi-professional photo cameras (with detachable lens), audio- video recording devices;

3.3 blunt objects, weapons or objects/materials that can be considered dangerous;

3.4 glass, metal and plastic recipients (plastic ones are allowed only within Sibiu Arena);

3.5 bottles, tins, fireworks, banners on wooden sticks, chairs, weapons, chains, sharp objects, drinks and the following types of items (which are allowed only within Sibiu Arena): plastic cans, sprays, perfumes, umbrellas or food;

3.6 animals, except for guide animals for disabled people;

3.7 law forbidden substances. Access with medication is allowed only if a valid medical prescriptions is presented.

4. General rules for the public:

4.1 must not generate or take part in conflicts;

4.2 must not come to the event intoxicated;

4.3 must allow a body check;

4.4 in case of an emergency that requires evacuation of the festival premises, the public must not panic and must follow the indications given by security agents and the other structures involved in the festival organization (Gendarmerie, Police, Firemen, Ambulance);

4.5 must not try to climb the protection fences in front of the stage or other areas isolated for security reasons.

5. Exceptional events:

In case of force majeure, including, sickness or cancellation from the artist, strikes, fire, extreme weather conditions, etc. ARTMania has the right to postpone the event for a later date, to change the locations or cancel the event. In case the event is cancelled ARTmania will return the ticket price only if it is intact and valid and accompanied by the receipt it was bought with, in maximum 12 weeks from the cancellation date. If the event is only postponed, the ticket remains valid for the new date.

Security teams have the right to ban the access of children under 14 years of age who are not accompanied by an adult, of aggressive individuals or those intoxicated. Violating these rules, as well as any form of violent behavior will lead to access restriction of even evacuation from festival premises. Every participant is responsible for the damage caused.
